ANGEL _____Playby: David Boreanaz || Currently: AvailableAngel, born and raised in Ireland, appears to be about
30 years old, but he's really around 225 years old. He
became a vampire when Voldemort was first coming into
power. During the Dark Lord's reign of terror, Angel - then
known as Angelus - was a loyal Death Eater. He was near
at hand when the final battle between Voldemort and Harry
Potter went down, and in the wash of power that the clash
of their wands resulted in, he was somehow changed. His
soul, which was removed as part of the process of becoming
a vampire, was returned to him - and with it, all the human
emotions he had forgotten. Regret, remorse, compassion..
He was overwhelmed by the memories of what he had done,
and went into isolation for some time. Finally, when Angel
came out of hiding, he made a deal with the Ministry of
Magic. Though he was still feeling guilty enough that he
might have welcomed execution at the time, he wanted
to make some sort of amends, and so he helped the Ministry
round up the remaining Death Eaters, working as a double
agent. In return, the Ministry spared his life. Even when
their agreement had ended, Angel continued to help out
the Auror department, though informally, as they could not
hire a vampire, even if he did have a soul. In fact, only those
in positions of power in the Ministry know of the work he
does for the Auror department. Now, to try and solve the
string of murders cropping up, Angel may have to immerse
himself in the world of the dark arts again, and once more
play the double agent. Has traveled the world so much that
he's ended up with an American accent, with a faint edge of
an Irish accent. Future love interest of
Morgana Ianthine.
This character is based off of the character Angel from "Buffy
the Vampire Slayer", so familiarity with that character (at least
from the first two seasons of Buffy) is preferred. A literacy level
of Intermediate-Advanced is required, so if you're interested
in the character, when you reserve him, PM an RP sample to
the Admin.
SAWYER FORDPlayby: Josh Holloway || Currently: Available29-year-old Sawyer Ford, an Auror from America with a
past he'd like to keep buried, has recently come to Britain
to help investigate the recent string of attacks. He pays little
attention to the Aurors' handbook and regulations, preferring
to do things his own way, without restrictions. He has quite
an obvious Southern drawl, which often causes others to
underestimate his intelligence, but he's rather well-read.
Sawyer can be calculating and conniving, and has played
the double-agent before. Muggle-born. Familiarity with
Sawyer Ford from LOST, who this character is based off of,
is a plus, but not a necessity.
HUGH FOXPlayby: William Moseley || Currently: AvailableHugh Fox - known to his friends as "Foxy," because he
hates his first name and is confident enough and enough
of a womanizer to pull off the nickname - is a fun-loving,
devil-may-care sort of person. He has a fondness for parties,
and hardly ever thinks before he speaks. Foxy's mage is the
ability to conjure illusions that seem real, but which cannot
be touched. He often gets in trouble for playing pranks with
his ability.
COZETTE _____Playby: Rose McGowan || Currently: AvailableCozette, nicknamed "Oz" by her friends, has a bit of a
reputation at ADSGMP for being the school "bicycle" - as
in she's a bit of a whore. She parades around in skimpy
clothes, and it's rumored that once she even wore shorts
and a tank top during the dead of winter. Her mage
ability is the ability to sense romantic connections between
people, meaning that she can sense who someone is
crushing on, or can tell if there's a relationship between
two people. People engaging in illicit affairs best beware
when she's around.
CHARLOTTE IVINGPlayby: Kristin Davis || Currently: Available28-year-old Charlotte Iving is the Herbology professor at
ADSGMP. While she mostly dresses impeccably and properly,
she loves her plants enough to get down on her knees and
up to her elbows in soil. Her mage is the ability to encourage
plants to thrive and grow quickly. She has a very nurturing
nature. Charlotte serves as a sort of benefactor to Claire
Littleton, who helps her out in the greenhouses in exchange
for Charlotte's help in paying her rent on a small apartment
in Hogsmeade and money for living essentials. Charlotte likes
to think of herself as sort of a mother figure to Claire, who
never really had a true mother, and because Charlotte has
always wanted a child herself.
