Kay's foot tapped repeatedly under the table. Her nails were being relentlessly chewed on as her dark brown eyes scanned the book she was reading. She was studying, on the weekend, her, actually reading a book with this intent...on the weekend. True. She had really started to pick up her game lately, or attempt to anyways. She had more trouble studying that most kids did, something her oh so lovely anemia also provided. Why, she didn't even freaking know.
She also wasn't entirely sure why se was studying in the Dining Hall. Why wouldn't she go to the library? Oh yeah. She got the book from the library, then decided she wanted a snack so she walked down to the dining hall and got a slice or pumpkin pie, but she had started to read the book with out even touching her pie and completely forgotten about it. Yeah, that sounded right, that's probably why she was still sitting here, biting her nails on one hand and twisting a fork in the other, Oret sleeping on the bench at her side. Lazy cat.
She looked back over at the pie and scooped a bit of whip cream off with her fork and licked it off. Whipped cream, her favorite part of all pies! Kay looked back down to the page she was studying in the Monster Book of Monsters, finished the last paragraph, and flipped on to the next bit. She rubbed her eye a bit, feeling suddenly a bit annoyed. She heard what sounded like a low pur and looked down to see her large black and gray striped cat eyeing something with his acid green eyes.
Oretarun and Kay had a bit of an empathic bond so she could tell when he was angry, sad, tired, depressed, etc. and vice versa. She followed his gaze to see a few of the Water House boys avert their gaze from her sharply. She narrowed her eyes a bit as they glanced back at her and snickered, turning back around. Rolling her eyes she went back to her studying, poking her pie every few seconds.

Adam, was well, drinking, as he did most of the time in the dining Hall, he wasn´t really much for the whole let’s eat together like one big family idea, though that didn´t mean he was anti-social. He just tended to eat on other times than the normal eating schedules.
Adam was watching a group of water house boys that where looking at a girl, well he had nothing better to do actually either, but because of it being water house boys, he decided to play a little trick on them, it wasn´t because he disliked those particular boys, he just didn´t like being in the air house, when water obviously suited him more.
With a little movement of his hand, he made the liquid in all the boys’ glasses, splash up directly into their face. The boys obviously were angered by that, but they didn´t know who had done it, it was not like he knew them or anything. Adam laughed slightly, it was quite a fun trick to do, and so easy that it took no effort. And people nearly always never guessed who it was that did it, well everyone besides Professor Abendroth, he always knew, and Adam hated that, well at least the water boy’s aren´t that clever.

Kay wouldn't lie. She would fight someone if they were annoying her, even if it was over something like this. She was just kind of a bit of a violent person. Right about no, she wouldn't deny either that the Water House boys were pissing her off. And it was a bit doubled because they were angering Oretarun also with their constant backwards glances and under breathed laughing.
Just as she was about to whirl around and make one of their goblets explode, she just happened to catch them all jumping back from their tables. She turned completely on her bench a bit confused, then saw that they were all wet. Her turn to laugh/ She covered her mouth with her hand and made a failed attempt to stop her laugh. It came out as kind of a muffled snort.
"Did you do that?" One of them questioned as he turned to her, anger apparent in his voice. The others looked over to her. Kay simply closed her book from behind her and stood up. "You'd know if I did it." She replied, her smile fading with the return of annoyance. Really, because she was the closest person to them and they just happened to hear her laugh they automatically assumed it was her. Idiots.
"Come, Oret." As she started to walk away her large cat hopped off the bench, gave a hiss at the boys, and then followed after Kay. She thought she might have heard a few rude comments from them, but ignored them and continued towards the exit of the Dining Hall. She didn't even consider the fact they might be plotting for revenge, she wasn't that paranoid.

Adam heard some rude comments about the girl, he couldn´t help it, he had to take the hornor of it, it wasn´t because he wanted to protect the girl, she looked more than capable of doing that, but he did wanted to kick those water house boy's ass.
"hey, I am sorry to break you little dreams about getting your ass kicked by a woman, but it was me who did it." Adam said arrogantly, he had gotten into a fighting mood now, and so had the water boys obviously to, since they had quickly pulled their wands, and out of rage, used some kind of spell to send him flying halfway through the dining Hall.
Adam hit the ground hard between a group of fire house people, they ran away quickly, and so did allot of other people in the dining hall. Adam got up again, he wasn´t going to go down that easily. “Is that the best the water house has?” Adam said, as a wicked smile formed on his, he was going to show them some really water magic. “Aqua Eructo!” Adam said the spell calmly, as he aimed at the entire water house boy’s group, and shot the fast jet of water at them. They were all hit, two of them hit the ground, but the third was strong or at least fast enough to dodge most of the water, and instead send another offensive spell at Adam.
Yet again Adam found himself flying, though not that far this time, but it still hurt when he hit the ground. “Maybe this wasn´t as good an idea, as I thought.” Adam mumbled, as he got up again, and prepared to send another offensive spell, but his eyes blackened, and he went down into a kneeling position, the spell had hit him harder than he had thought, and he was obviously now feeling the after effects of it.

Kay jumped slightly as a boy from the air house was suddely thrown on the ground near her feet. She turned sharply to look on what was happening, and she saw a powerfuol jet of water shot at the water house boys. Oh goody, a fight. Kay backed up to a table and crouched down. She took in a deep breath and opened her eyes, only they appeared darker now. The light waves around them were redirected away from her irises.
She pulled out her wand and peeked over the table. She saw the boy from the air house get thrown again. "Oret, sick 'em." She whispered to her cat. She had no need to direct the cat physically, he just knew from wherever she directed him mentally. Oret leaped up onto the table and then launched his thiry pound body at one of the water house boys.
Kay stood then and directed her wand at the other two boys who were quickly advancing on the air boy who still hadn't stood up. "Hey!" Once they looked at her she pointed her wand just past them at a table. Kay pretty much already knew that she was going to get in big trouble, a table wasn't going to hurt much. "Expulso!" The table behind them exploded violently, causing the boys to fly forward and crash into a table before rolling to the ground, moaning about something or another. The other boy was still getting his face ripped off by Oretarun.

Adam heard a loud bang, and saw something explode, he didn´t know what it were and it didn´t matter, since he was trying to get up, his body felt numb to say the least, the spell he had been hit by had been a pretty strong one, as far as he could tell.
Adam got up, and looked at the woman that had helped her. "Thank you." He said politely to her as he fixed his gaze upon the other people. "We should probably take our leave before..." Adam didn´t get to say another word before he heard the whistling sound of a paralyzing spell towards it’s target.
(Professor Aldrich Abendroth Enters the dining hall)
Aldrich ran as fast as he could through the corridor leading to the dining hall, he had heard that a fight had broken out, and if the people said the truth, which he knew they did, then a certain Hydrokinetic was the one who had started it all.
As he entered he the first thing he saw was the massive destruction of the schools furniture, the one who did this was going to pay, the second thing he saw was a cat that was attacking one from the water House, that wasn´t a good thing to do, so he quickly pulled his wand, and sent a Paralyzing spell at the cat, to make it stop. "Stop this fight now!" Aldrich’s voice was loud and clear, anyone around him that just as much as had been at, at least one of his classes knew what that voice meant, he was in a foul mood, and it wasn´t going to be pretty.
Aldrich looked at the woman and the Hydrokinetic that he hated so much. "Both of you, my office now!" He pointed at each of them as he spoke, there was no discussion here, he was going to punish them, and it would be a hard punishment. Aldrich looked at the Water boys. "All of you to the infirmary." The water boys nodded as he spoke, and left peacefully, as if nothing had happened.

Kay just barely straightened up from he powerful explosion spell she had cast only to see her cat fall limp as a rag doll form the boy's back. He quickly whimpered away as Kay jogged over to the feline. "Oret!" Kay scooped him up and started to pet his head when she looked over at the sound of a booming voice. Oh great, her potions professor. She wasn't very good in potions, charms was her forte, and now she had to face him for punishment.
She felt a sinking feeling in her stomach and her shoulders slumped a bit, from the weight of Oret and from the knowledge that she was going to get a howler from her father later. Kay glanced up at the boy as she walked but returned her gaze to the floor, her long black hair creating a curtain between her and the rest of the world.
Kay made her way to Professor Aldrich's office and stood in the corner, not feeling quite ready to sit. Whatever the grumpy man was going to dish out was certainly going to be a hell of a lot worse than any detention any of the other profs might give her. Kay's eyes wandered to the window and she wondered what her brother would have done if he were in her situation. Then again, he was a wanted man so he'd be able to get out of this easily compared to being chased by Aurors all his life.
Feeling a lump form in her throat she quickly pushed the thoughts of her brother away and looked up to Aldrich.

Adam looked at the woman, he had spooked to, she hadn´t said anything, not surprising, most didn´t like being caught by the potion professor, well at least they had been caught for a fight, and not indecent exposure, that would have given a hard punishment.
Adam walked into the office, it was dark, and bottle, cans, and glasses stood, hand and was placed everywhere, it was like an invasion, this office creped him out, and it was obvious that it was exactly meant to have that effect on the people being sent in there.
Aldrich had placed himself in front of the office table, he leaned slightly against it, as he looked at both of the persons that had been caught, he smiled wickedly, and he was going to have fun with those two.
After they had both gotten in, he closed the door slowly making sure it made a very creepy screeching sound. He liked that sound, it signaled and incoming doom, at least for the people caught in the office. "What am I going to do with you two?" Aldrich said, as he looked like he had no idea of what to do with them, he was unfortunately not allowed to use torture, or experiment on them. “Well… you two can start by cleaning and putting all glasses into alphabetical order.” Aldrich said, as he calmly pointed towards some cleaning equipment, and then on all the glasses filled with things best left unknown. He then left the room, without letting them explain anything; he was not in the mood for chit-chatting mood, since he had to clean all the mess up those two had made.
He closed the door after him, and laid a locking enchantment on it, so it wouldn´t be able to be opened by anyone, besides himself, of course unlocking spells would not work, at least the ones known by students.
